Rural Pearl Studio - Angie Pickman

Angie Pickman began experimenting with paper in 2004 while working with stop-motion animation using paper cut-outs as subjects. Over the years, she has developed her distinct nature-inspired style featured in her collection of Rural Pearl Studio greeting cards and stationary. Using only a craft knife, Angie meticulously hand cuts her unique designs out of various papers and artfully layers her collages. She states, "Each collage represents a single moment of total presence where we once again meet nature as if through the eyes of a child and fully experience the magic, enchantment, and even whimsy that lives within it."
