Returns

You can return your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund minus the shipping charge.  The returned item must be in its original, unworn/unused condition.  The item must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.  We cannot accept any online purchase returns after 14 days.

To return an item: 

  • Email online@shopberyl.com  or call us at 413.586.1119 to obtain a return authorization number (RA#)Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.  If you use email to make a return, you will receive an RA# within 24 hours.
  • Repack the item in its original packaging.  Make sure to include the original receipt in the package along with your RA#. Please pack the item carefully!  BERYL is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.  It is strongly recommended that you insure and ship the item using a delivery method that can be tracked.  The return package must be prepaid (we do not accept COD packages).   Items returned in a manner that fails to adhere to the correct return procedure will not be accepted.
  • Upon receiving your return, the item will be fully inspected.  We will contact you via email or phone once the item has been returned.
  • We will issue a refund minus any shipping and handling charges within 2 business days of receiving the item.  If the order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges from the refund.  Please note that the refund may take 2-10 business days to post on your account depending on your credit card provider.

Online vs in-store returns

Our in-store return policy differs from our online return policy.  Items purchased on our website cannot be returned or exchanged in store.  Items purchased in store cannot be returned for a refund (for store credit only).  In-store and online returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days.

Items damaged in transit

If you received a damaged item, please call 413.586.1119 immediately, so we can put in a claim and arrange to have the package picked up and inspected by the shipping carrier.  Please retain the original packing materials and box.  We will either issue you a full refund or send you a replacement item if available.
