One Acre Ceramics
One Acre Ceramics is operated by husband and wife duo, Thomas and Sarah Gelsanliter. The couple specializes in handcrafted, high-fired stoneware pottery and tiles including beautiful, functional items such as sugar bowls and salt + pepper shakers, as well as trinket boxes. Both artists work on different parts of the process to create each piece. Thomas draws and hand carves all of the designs and Sarah throws the pieces on the wheel. The couple works out of their studio in Milan, MI.
