Carola Spitzer

Raised in Buenos Aires and currently living in NYC, Carolina Spitzer was trained in graphic, packaging, textile, and industrial design. She has had a variety of design jobs in advertising and museums. In 2017, Carolina decided to leave her last full-time job as a designer at a home fashions manufacturer to focus on family and having a healthy work/life balance. This was when her design interests shifted towards one of her lifelong passions, jewelry.

All of the pieces in Carolina's collection begin at her Brooklyn studio. Shaped from fresh porcelain, each piece is carefully hand-formed, hand-painted, then undergoes three separate kiln firings (Bisque, Glaze, and gold luster). Carolina believes in creating and shopping for products that can stay with you for years and become modern family heirlooms. Her artistic process is guided by patience, precision, and a deep care for both the objects being created and the people who will wear them.
