2400 Fahrenheit Glass

Michael & Misato Mortara have been making limited edition blown, cast, and fused glass together for over 20 years. Their studio, 2400 Fahrenheit Art Glass, is built on three acres of rain forest situated adjacent to Volcano National Park in Hawaii. Their blown vessels series emphasizes complex, vibrant colors on clean lined forms. You can find their work in the collections of the Hawaii State Foundation of Culture and the Arts, the Contemporary Museum of Honolulu, the National Park Service, and galleries across the United States.
