Eric Reeves

Eric Reeves, a former professor at Smith College, is passionately devoted to both his craft of wood-turning and his work with humanitarian organizations working in greater Sudan. In 2020, Eric set up a program in a displaced persons camp (Zamzam) in North Darfur, which serves over 300,000 people, to help women and girls who have been victims of sexual violence. All the artist's proceeds from the sale of his pieces go toward the Sudan Aid Fund and other humanitarian programs. Eric works out of his home studio in Northampton, MA.
